The Trion 259112-102 Replacement for Abatement Technologies H105-3 Air Filter - MERV11, 20x25x5 compatible whole air filter provides exceptional particle capture through the deep pleated filter media. With the MERV 11 rated air filter media airborne particle and contaminants that can fill the air and irritate sinuses become trapped across the surface. The material is created in a way that helps the filter load evenly. Simply meaning dirt and debris won't clump and reduce airflow. Overtime the dirty filter will need replaced, but during use to extend life airflow is maintained despite the material becoming clogged. How do you install the Filters Fast® Replacement for Trion Air Bear 259112-102?

1. Open access door by lifting the handle and pulling the bottom of the door toward you. Remove door completely.
2. Tilt used Filters Fast® Replacement for Trion Air Bear 259112-102 filter cartridge to allow filter to be removed from cabinet. Pull used filter cartridge from cabinet.
3. Discard dirty Filters Fast® Replacement for Trion Air Bear 259112-102 filter cartridge in plastic bag in which replacement filter was received.
4. Slide new Filters Fast® Replacement for Trion Air Bear 259112-102 filter cartridge into cabinet with “AIR FLOW” arrow pointing in the direction of air flow. Care shall be exercised to place filter cartridge in angle holders on bottom and side of cabinet.
5. Replace access door.

I've been buying these for several years and was always satisfied. This time the quality was poor. The pleats in the filters were not evenly spaced when the adhesive-coated paper grids were applied, so I have bunched-up and stretched-out pleats, reducing the effectiveness of the filtration. I estimate the effective filter area is about 20-30% reduced. Pleats cannot be evened out without breaking all the glued points of contact with the grid. Photo shows the new filter above vs. the one I am replacing below. I have requested a replacement.

Perfect airtight fit with the top and bottom foam gaskets on the filter. Not all AIR Bear filters have the gasket seals on the filters which allows dust particles pass by the filter which defeats the purpose. Thank you FiltersFast for supplying a quality filter!
