This Filters Fast® A35PR evaporator pad measures approximately 10" x 13-1/4" x 1-1/2".
The Filters Fast® A35PR evaporator pad has a honeycomb-shaped filtration media that is specially designed to trap mineral contaminants and pollutants found in your home's water. For peak performance, this water panel filter should be replaced every 6-12 months, or more often in hard water areas. For easy installation, a black paint mark indicator is located on the top of the filter.

The water panel I received was not AprilAire, but AprilAire "compatible" and drastically different from the AprilAire water panel I have been using. While I was disappointed that the product description was misleading, Filters Fast Customer Service did a wonderful job of processing my refund.

My furnace man showed me that it was wrong and it could not be used. I don't understand that when I ordered the same repeated order from you that you sent me the wrong filter. I called your customer service department and they are suppose to reimburse the credit card charge.
