The Skuttle Humidifier Inline Strainer Water Filter is a replacement inline strainer water filter for several Skuttle flow thru model humidifiers, as well as models from AprilAire and Honeywell. This small inline strainer fits into the inlet fitting of the water solenoid valve of your humidifier and allows water to either enter the humidifier or stop flow completely. Inline strainer filters feature a special design to prevent debris from entering the solenoid valve, and require once-a-year maintenance to clear built-up debris like minerals and grit.
