This was a re-order after the first attempt was delivered into a puddle during a rainstorm. At that time, when we opened the box, there was water inside, and the plastic wrapping around the filters was perforated, so the filters themselves could get wet, and one was very soggy. This re-do was AGAIN delivered into a puddle, during a rainstorm, and once again there was water inside the box. Despite my waiting around all day for the box on the day it was to be delivered, I missed the delivery truck going by while I was away from the window for five minutes, and the email alert that the package had been delivered did not arrive until over 2h after the package was delivered, so I couldn't grab the package before it got soaked. Two fails of the exact same type = we canceled our subscription. We'd love to be able to have these delivered, but this company really needs to educate their carriers about how to deliver products that are sensitive to water during rainstorms.

This is the filter I was told to use by my furnace guy. It's a triple filter and performs well.

I like the product, because it catches the lints in the air and animal loses hair.

I change these filters every 6 mos on the Solstice. They do an excellent job of filtering out contaminants.

Excellent Filter for my unit

Although the quoted nominal size 25 x 20 x 5 was the same as the Purolator filters I had been using, the actual size of your filters was different. One dimension was 1/8" smaller and another dimension was 1/8" larger. They did not fit well and I had to crush them a little to make them fit,
