The Watts SCT-03CBAMINE replacement Blue Series water filter features an advanced reduction of chloramine combined with the carbon filter media to improve water quail and taste. High performance coconut shell carbon benefits from micro-pores that allows more water to move through small channels for improve filtration performance. This, couple with a unique binder system, delivers superior absorption capacity and kinetic dynamics. To hold this together is a unique binder system that uses an outer wrap of polypropylene and polyethylene netting.

All components and materials are made with FDA approved materials and Manufactured from NSF 61 Certified Coconut Shell carbon. Each filter comes with a unique handle designed top cap for lightweight and easy removal, a bag for proper disposal, and a double o-ring bottom connection into the Cartridge Tank plumbing adapter for the 2-1/2" assembly and full 1-1/4" PVC glue socket flow rate connections.
