The Rainshower GK-1 promotes hydroponic plant growth by removing the toxic effects of chlorine from garden hose water, and uses quartz crystals to aid plants in the absorption of nutrients. This self contained filter cartridge screws onto any 3/4" garden hose and contains a polyester sediment prefilter, 2 lbs of KDF55 filter media, 2 oz. of quartz crystal and a final stage of KDF73 filament media. The unit also comes complete with a 3 foot heavy duty vinyl hose, and can also be used to wash pets and to greatly extend organic carnuba wax jobs on cars.
