Filters Fast sent me a CHEAP imitation "Pureplus model SF004" NON- Culligan filter instead of the actual Culligan WHR 140 that I had been using/ordering for years. I was not notified of the switch.It sounds like it has a couple of pieces of gravel inside to simulate charcoal. I had to order the real one from Amazon. FF-why, just why?

Seems to work. I think it affects the nature of our water for the good. The water feels a little different, and I assume it's due to the filter removing certain chemicals. I have not done any chemical analysis so I can not know for sure.
