The Genuine AprilAire 201 20x25x6 MERV 10 Healthy Air Filter is self-spacing and self-sealing for optimal home air purification and the removal of dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander and more particles that can make you sick. The AprilAire 201 features a high efficiency MERV 10 filter media, and is used with AprilAire air purifier models 2200 and 2250. Breathe better and feel better with this easy-install filter media!
Note: Due to a recent manufacturing change, the yarn on the filter has been changed to a ribbon. This should not be removed, and the filter still acts as the same as before.

How do you install the AprilAire 201?
- Remove pleat spacers and media carton.
- Remove air cleaner door and pull inner assembly out of outer housing.
- Turn off furnace/air conditioners.
- Remove existing AprilAire 201 filter and thoroughly clean the blower and blower compartment.
- (Side mount only) With airflow label in proper direction, attach outer housing to furnace/air conditioner and seal connection. Attach duct work to inlet side of air cleaner and seal connection.
- (Bottom mount only) With airflow label in proper direction, attach air cleaner to platform and seal connection. Mount furnace/air conditioner on top of air cleaner housing and seal connection.
- Install the AprilAire 201 media using the instructions on the media carton.
- Insert the inner assembly into the outer housing and replace door.
- Return power to the furnace/air conditioner.

- Changing your AprilAire 201 is a very quick and easy process that should be done once every twelve months.
