I have no reason to doubt the quality of the filter media itself. But, the assembly of the filter is not that great on the one I received. One of the pleats was glued in the wrong position and many of the carboard tabs between the pleats were not positioned between the pleats all of the way. The original, same part number one I pulled out of my HVAC looked proper.
