Installed this filter system today. Was using the old U600 system and didn't need the extra rust and sediment filter in the U600, plus the newer CB3 cartridges will not fit the U600. Just a few cons to the CBF3. It should also be sold without the cheap faucet that is enclosed in the box. Would probably make the unit a little cheaper. The filter housing should be sold as a stand alone unit and if you wanted the faucet you could buy it separately. The other con is that they should NOT use quick-connect fitting to attach the supply lines. When I first connected the water supply to the filter housing I had a leak. Once the plastic tubing is inserted in the housing it is a bear getting back out. I did get the plastic tubing out and re-inserted it again. This time no leaks. Not sure how long this type of connection will be leak-free. I like the connection type used on the old U600 which was a screw in type of connection. After I was all done, the water was delicious as always using the CB3 filter cartridge.Collected by FiltersFast.com
