This was a reorder, it was recommended by my HVAC company for households with pets as the pleated design only needs replacement about every 6 months.

Never received the 16x25x5 product. Instead received the 16x25x4 which did not fit my AC. Was told they were not made anymore. Returned the wrong one s and got credit for them. I'm not sure why you advertise them and even include them in this email if you do not have them and they are no longer available as I have been told.
