I was sent a replacement and that one came in bad shape with smashed areas as well..no protective inserts in the box at all. I didn't even bother to call again. I guess I would receive another one damaged again..looking for a new company to order from..early on the filters were great that we ordered. I don't know what happened. Very unsatisfied.
