Collected by Trustpilot.comThere is a quality control issue with this product. The criss cross cardboard holding the filter media in place is loose and sagging. It catches on the bars inside the Aprilaire device causing it to hang up . This makes it extremely difficult to remove the old air filter and install the new one.
