Collected by Trustpilot.comThe filters arrived, but the box had not been properly taped in the first place, so the box was open. The filters were fine. The real problem is that these are not Lennox X6672 filters as shown on the website. They are generic knockoffs and I have no way to know if they are actually MERV 16 as advertised. The web site should clear state that they are Lennox X6672 compatible filters (which they appear to be) and should not show pictures of Lennox X6672 filters.
