Use the GE XWFE Refrigerator Water Filter as an easy, important step in your regular home maintenance! Designed to reduce or remove chloramines and chlorine with its carbon media, this filter fits select GE French door and side-by-side models. Replacing your filter every 6 months is easy - no tools required! Ensure that your water is as healthy and clean as it can be with the GE XWFE!
Note: GE has renamed the XWF, and it is now the XWFE. The XWFE replaces the XWF, includes an electronic chip and is compatible with all refrigerators using the XWF.

Customer Reviews:
Have not has long enough to comment. So far, so good. Look forward to continual usage. I need to see how long the filters lasts so I know how to order in the future. Give me a chance to see how it goes, then re-contact. Should I keep one on hand so I don't run out?
Collected by Trustpilot.comWas rejected by smart refrigerator.
Collected by Trustpilot.comWorks as advertised. Convenient to have delivered
Collected by Trustpilot.comGood product. Easy to install.
Collected by Trustpilot.comThe filter works fine. It shouldn't be so expensive. I hear there is a hack to get around the chip, which is what makes it so expensive. I might have to look into that option.
Collected by Trustpilot.comGreat item!
Collected by Trustpilot.comExcellent!
Collected by Trustpilot.comIt's a good product. I can't really say a whole lot, it's the first time I replaced it. I hope it lasts the 6 months it says because the one that came with the refrigerator only lasted 4 months.
Collected by Trustpilot.comThe filter showed up when we need it.
Collected by Trustpilot.comPrice is right. Genuine GE
Collected by Trustpilot.comThese filters do the job and I have used them for many years for my refrigerator.
Collected by Trustpilot.comThese last for quite a long time. We already have an artesian well where the water tastes great but this filter makes it taste even better.
Collected by Trustpilot.comA little pricey.
Collected by Trustpilot.comNot impressed with GE for forcing the customer to purchase a new water filter every 6 months when these things cost $50+ a pop. I had tried ordering a pack of 3 from overseas, but that ended up a big snafu and I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. (Maybe I should start buying these things in bulk and selling myself??)
Collected by Trustpilot.comProduct is easy to remove and install.
Collected by Trustpilot.comVery helpful. We had bought other filters that would not work These work great and we have a spare
Collected by Trustpilot.comWorks just fine in my GE refrigerator. No leaks, and good filtered water. I was able to delay the next delivery, because the filter lasts longer than the recommended time.
Collected by Trustpilot.comNice & easy to use
Collected by Trustpilot.comProduct is a GE refrigerator water filter distributed by Fast Filters. Product is fine. Service was awful. Delivery timeframe was unclear and efforts to get concerns resolved were contradicted. Price is over $20 less at Home Depot and secured same day.
Collected by Trustpilot.comGreat product! Easy to order, at a decent price.
