Collected by Trustpilot.comThe filters are not 4 inches wide. They do not say that they are Merv 13 on them. Only a sticker on the exterior delivery box does. The three filters are packaged together in a cardboard box and none of them are individually wrapped, so you need perfect delivery conditions. Any humidity, rain, snow, etc. are going to directly damage your product since it’s cardboard filter filters in a cardboard box. They should each be individually wrapped in cellophane and they should be marked showing the MERV rating on each filter. Especially for the price. Won’t be buying again.
