The product pictured is not the one delivered. It lacks the outer mesh support. I did not return the water pad because it is so hard to find. Instead I modified it by adding a support mesh on the outer part. Since I have not yet used it in service (I stopped humidifying the household air when the outside temperatures warmed) I don't know how it is going to perform, or hold together for a season. Suggest you accurately display the product you are selling so your consumer can make an informed decision.

Collected by Trustpilot.comFILTERS FAST PHOTO IS DECEPTIVE. CYLINDRICAL FILTER IS SENT WITHOUT SCREEN MESH TO RETAIN SHAPE WHILE ROTATING IN WATER PAN...THUS, QUALITY IS "CHINA JUNK"!! WHAT A RIP=OFF=BUYER BEWARE. I'M STUCK WITH 9 OF THESE INFERIOR FILTERS FOR MY SKUTTLE 45 UMIDIFIER!!!
