These superb 1" MERV 11 air filters effectively reduce pollen, dust, pet dander, mold spores, dust mites and other allergens from indoor air. Filters Fast® MERV 11 1" Air Filters work tirelessly to remove stubborn airborne particles, so you and your family can alleviate sinus irritation that can cause watery eyes, itchy throat, coughing, and sneezing. The Filters Fast® MERV 11 filter media is electrostatically charged and constructed with spun micro-fiber that also will not retain moisture, which can lead to microbial growth. Well, the air-conditioning Contractor said I should use a Merv eight and that was working OK but I was still getting dust so I went to the 11 and I believe the 11 is working very well. I will keep you guys informed.
