The Filters Fast® 1" Air Filters MERV 8 With Pleats 6-Pack is the compatible replacement for the Rheem Basic Household Pleated FPR 4 1" Air Filter. The Filters Fast® FFM8 6-Pack is a fantastic set of MERV 8 filters that effectively reduce pollen, dust, pet dander and other allergens from indoor air. The Filters Fast® FFM8 6-Pack removes harmful airborne particles which alleviates allergies and sinus irritation that can cause watery eyes, itchy throat, coughing, and sneezing. Besides the health benefits, these Filters Fast® HVAC air filter will help your heating and cooling system operate more efficiently, thus saving you and your family money.

The Rheem FPR (Filter Performance Rating) 4 is the same rating as the Filters Fast® ' s 1" MERV 8. Filters Fast® recommends MERV rated air filters because MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) is recognized by the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Engineers - ASHRAE and is a recognized industry standard.
