This Hunter HEPA filter effectively captures 99.97% of particles such as dust, dirt, smoke, pollen, mold spores, hair, and pet dander as small as 0.3 microns in size. The Hunter HEPAtech 30966 filter should be changed about once every 12 months. This Hunter filter includes a screen and chipboard frame.
