The MAVEA 1017019 replacement water filter is ready to use right out of the box and is a universal fit for Mavea Classic Fit, Brita and Pur pitchers. A unique micro-screen design cuts the amount of carbon particles you often find in water when using carbon media filters. Eliminate the taste and smell of chlorine from water with the activated carbon and ion exchange resine that reduces several waterborne contaminants such as copper, mercury and benzene. MAVEA water filtration systems are tested and certified for NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 compliance and hold WQA Gold Seal certification for assurance that the filter meets industry standards for quality and safety.

MAVEA 1017019 replacement is compatible with the following:

• Select Brita pitchers, PUR pitchers, Culligan pitchers, OmniFilter pitchers, and all other filtered water pitchers which use a standard barrel filter format.
