Powered by Greenblock^® technology - which features a superb nominal 5 micron rating - the 32-450-20-GREEN filter is made from 100 percent coconut shell carbon, a renewable and ecologically sustainable material that reduces soluble lead. The 32-450-20-GREEN also contains a greater number of micro-pores and a carbon surface, which provides better absorption and kinetic dynamics. The KX Matrikx 32-450-20-GREEN should be changed every 6 months to 1 year depending on water quality and usage.
