Pentek 163007 UV-120-1 Ultraviolet System
The Pentek 163007 UV-120-1 effectively controls microbiological intrusions in potable drinking water without the use of environmentally harmful chemicals. Ultraviolet light at a 254 nanometer wavelength provides a germicidal dose to disrupt the reproductive process of harmful microbes. Constructed with one ultraviolet lamp (part number 163512) a durable polypropylene housing and cap, a stainless steel reaction chamber insert sleeve, quartz sleeve to protect the lamp, a voltage regulated control module, 6 foot long power cord, built in steel mounting bracket and comes complete with installation hardware and the housing wrench. The UV-120-1 uses ultraviolet light only and will not filter out sediment, particulates or other contaminates, and can not accommodate physical filter media.
